  • 錫碟鑄造

    選擇木製模具→
    將熱的純錫凝固→
    選擇要錘擊的紋理→
    將錫片壓成淺盤狀

    材質：純錫，安全可作食器（貼金產品除外）

    *鍍金產品不適合當餐具。金色是鋁漆。包括材料、工具、線香座。

    每位參與者至少需完成一件成品。最少製作兩件成品才會開班。

凝結最好時刻

100%純錫材質不含鉛，兩小時工作坊鑄造一隻度身訂造的雪白錫碟，形成餐桌一片獨特風景，打造出視覺與味覺的雙重享受。

  • 由一片金屬由平面慢慢敲打成淺碟，再一步步變成碗、杯、瓶、茶壺等不同器物。這種技術日本又稱為「錘起」。

    成形後在器物表面敲上平整與裝飾性鎚目紋理，令製成品更顯高雅珍貴。

  • 鑄造是其中一種最易學習和有趣的工藝。無論大人細路都可以製作實用優雅的生活器物。

    鑄造可以複製到器物上的獨特紋理，PB設計出不同器形的酒杯選擇，然後倒模鑄造，形成雪霧銀白的純錫器物。

    • 純錫錫器較柔軟，切勿使用硬物刷磨或壓捏，以防變形

    • 錫器較不耐酸鹼，因此不宜用於汽水、檸檬汁、醋等飲品中

    • 錫器熔點較低，太高溫或低溫可能損壞外觀或變形。

      建議使用溫度：室溫 / 約20°C

    • 避免放入雪櫃，避免直接接觸火

    • 長期不用曝露在空氣中，錫器表面或產生霧面或黑色氧化物。可用小梳打粉加水形成牙膏狀輕擦表面以恢復亮澤
