請按 預約系統報名，選取所需的工作坊，瀏覽可報名日期、填寫報名表格及細心閱讀報名須知。
或在工作坊類型頁內，選擇您想要的產品款式完成後，系統將發送電郵，請按電郵指示完成付款，作為訂座確認。本工作室所有工作坊均需要繳付訂金，以正式留位。
課堂費用餘款可於課堂完成後即席支付。報名系統內亦可選擇課堂前全額支付費用。
為方便聯繫及記錄，請你提供WhatsApp號碼。如非香港號碼，請註明區號。如無法聯繫閣下，訂位有機會被取消。
週末及公眾假期可能較早滿座，建議提早兩至三星期報名

Alternatively, on the workshop type page, you may select your preferred product style.
After submission, the system will send you an email. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment as confirmation of your booking. A deposit is required for all workshops at our studio in order to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance of the workshop fee can be paid in person after the class. You may also choose to pay the full amount in advance through the registration system before the workshop.
For communication and record purposes, please provide your WhatsApp number. If you are using a non-Hong Kong number, please include the country code. If we are unable to contact you, your booking may be cancelled.
Weekend and public holiday sessions may fill up earlier, so we recommend booking two to three weeks in advance.

【手鐲或戒指工作坊】
工作坊最多兩人一組，有別於市面的工作坊，我們並不是大班教學。每組客人都以竹簾隔開上課，以確保每組客人的體驗。
【器物工作坊】
課堂2-4人一班，視乎報名狀況或需要與其他顧客併班上課。
【Bracelet or Ring Workshop】
Each workshop accommodates a maximum of two participants per group. Unlike many workshops on the market, we do not offer large-group classes. Each group is seated in a semi-private space separated by bamboo curtains to ensure a more personal and comfortable experience.
【Object-Making Workshop】
Classes are held in groups of 2 to 4 participants. Depending on registration status, you may be arranged to join the same session with other guests.

The price for two pieces includes two finished products, which can be made by two people.

由於款式眾多，我們需提前準備材料， 請盡量在課堂 3 日前回覆心儀款式。
若猶豫不決，銀戒指、銀手鈪可縮窄至 2-3 款，並於當日提早 10-15 分鐘到達現場挑選。
而金戒系列必須預選款式，如有需要，可預約提前看實物。請在課堂的最少7日前到工作室選擇款式及材質。
As we offer a wide variety of designs, we need time to prepare the materials in advance. Please try to let us know your preferred style at least 3 days before your workshop.
If you are still deciding, for silver rings and silver bangles, you may narrow your choice down to 2–3 styles and arrive 10–15 minutes early on the day of the workshop to make your final selection.
For the gold ring series, the design must be selected in advance. If needed, you may book a visit to view the actual samples beforehand. Please come to the studio to choose the design and material at least 7 days before your workshop.

The design needs to be the same, but there can be minor differences in the details, such as thickness, texture, and surface finishing (if applicable).

首飾單件作品的價格為港幣1200元起，視乎款式而定。但在星期六、日及公眾假期，最低收費為港幣 1800 元。而錫器、銅器不設單件製作。
The price for a single jewellery piece starts from HK$1,200, depending on the design. However, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the minimum charge is HK$1,800. Please note that tinware and copperware workshops are not available for single-item making.

訂金視乎課程類型而定：銀首飾為 HK$900 - $1500；18K 金或鉑金對戒/求婚鑽戒為 HK$3000-6000；錫器/銅器為$1180-1200。我們接受 轉數快 (FPS)、銀行轉賬 及 PayMe 付款，請按訂位電郵內的資訊支付。
如果選擇以信用卡付款，則必須全數支付。
*所有工作坊均需支付訂金或全數付款，方可正式確認預約。一經付款，恕不設退款。The required deposit varies depending on the workshop type:
for silver jewellery workshops, the deposit is HK$900–1,500;
for 18K gold or platinum wedding band / proposal ring workshops, the deposit is HK$3,000–6,000;
for tinware or copperware workshops, the deposit is HK$1,180–1,200.
We accept FPS, bank transfer, and PayMe. Please refer to the payment details provided in your booking confirmation email.
If you choose to pay by credit card, full payment is required upfront.
*All Workshops need to pay a deposit or full pay to officially confirm reservation. No refunds.

課程期間，導師會為客人隨意拍攝參與工作坊的過程。相片不會即日及不會全部發放，我們會篩選出大約10張相片，在課後10日經 Google 連結給客人。
請注意：課堂拍照為附送服務，並無額外收費，如不幸因記憶卡或攝影器材問題而遺失相片，恕無法作出任何賠償。如有疑慮，客人亦歡迎自行攜帶相機，請導師幫忙拍照。
每組手鈪或戒指客人課堂完成後會獲送一張免費即影即有照片。如需要額外照片，每張相紙會收取HK$30費用。歡迎自攜相機及相紙，我們樂意無償協助你拍下珍貴一刻。
本工作室所拍的照片版權屬於Playback Concept擁有，有機會在遵循 私隱條款 下使用於本工作室的社交平台、網站及相關業務用途上。
如果你不需攝影服務、或不希望我們在社交平台等發布你的照片，請在報名時剔取或課堂當日通知我們。
At present, complimentary photography is available for our bracelet and ring workshops. Please note that this service does not apply to other workshop types.
During the class, our instructor may take casual photos of your workshop experience. The photos will not be delivered on the same day, and not all photos taken will be shared. We will select around 10 photos and send them to you via a Google Drive link within 10 days after the workshop.
*Please note that class photography is a complimentary service provided at no additional charge. In the unfortunate event that any photos are lost due to memory card failure or camera equipment issues, we regret that no compensation can be offered. If you have any concerns, you are welcome to bring your own camera and ask the instructor to help take photos for you.
Each bracelet or ring workshop group will also receive one complimentary instant photo after the class. If you would like additional instant photos, each extra print will be charged at HK$30. You are also welcome to bring your own camera and instant film, and we will be happy to help capture your special moments at no extra charge.
All photos taken by our studio remain the copyright property of Playback Concept and may be used, in accordance with our privacy policy, for our studio’s social media platforms (such as Instagram posts and stories), website, and related business purposes.
If you do not require photography service, or if you do not wish for your photos to be published on our social media platforms or other channels, please indicate this when registering or inform us on the day of the workshop.
After the application

一旦你知道不能如期上課，請儘快在Whatsapp +852 52818395 通知我們。
課堂前最少4日或以上通知，可免費改期。少於4日通知改期，無論任何原因，改期費為每次HK$400，限期為半年內。訂金不設退款。
敬請準時，遲到會產生超時收費。
缺席者將直接沒收訂金。
Once you know that you will be unable to attend the class as scheduled, please inform us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +852 5281 8395.
Rescheduling is free of charge if notice is given at least 4 days before the class. For rescheduling requests made with less than 4 days’ notice, a HK$400 rescheduling fee will apply each time, regardless of the reason. The rescheduled class must be arranged within 6 months. Deposits are non-refundable.
Please arrive on time, as late arrival may result in overtime charges.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

工作坊須齊人入座，遲到者不會獲補時，未能準時出席遲到會收取每15分鐘（不足15分亦計算）HK$100。請提前規劃行程並預留交通時間。
Only need to arrive on time.
All participants must be present before the class begins. No extra time will be given for late arrivals. A late fee of HK$100 per 15 minutes will be charged for anyone who fails to arrive on time, and any part of a 15-minute period will still be counted as a full 15 minutes. Please plan your schedule in advance and allow sufficient travel time.

導師會隨機拍照，將於工作坊結束後7-10日後提供，請掃描首飾紙盒內QR儘早下載照片。 照片將於工作坊日期後30天自動刪除，恕不另行通知。我們將無法補償任何照片遺失，敬請見諒。
The instructor will take casual photos during the workshop. These will be provided حوالي 7–10 days after the workshop. Please scan the QR code inside the jewellery box and download the photos as early as possible.
The photos will be automatically deleted 30 days after the workshop date without further notice. We regret that we are unable to provide any compensation for lost or expired photo files.

Materials
材質如何選擇

銀戒指價錢較相宜，可日常佩戴，但易氧化需定期清潔，適合短時間配戴。
18K金/鉑金戒指硬度較高、較耐用而且不易變色，適合婚戒或多年佩戴。
預算有限選銀戒，注重價值和耐用度選18K金/鉑金。
Silver rings are more affordable and suitable for daily wear but are prone to oxidation and require regular cleaning, suitable for short-term use.
18K gold/platinum rings are harder, more durable, and resistant to discoloration, making them suitable for wedding rings or long-term wear.
Choose silver rings for a limited budget, and 18K gold/platinum for value and durability.

漂流木或紅銅木目金系列 含有 紅銅 (Copper) 材質。紅銅會隨汗水或環境氧化變色，並可能在配戴處留下深色痕跡（不配戴數天後一般會自然褪色）。個別人士可能對某些金屬產生過敏反應，當中以紅銅有較高機會引致過敏症狀。顧客購買前，有責任先了解及審視自身健康情況。
The Driftwood and Copper Mokume Gane series contain copper as one of the materials. Copper may oxidize and change colour when exposed to sweat or the environment, and may leave dark marks on the skin where it is worn. These marks usually fade naturally after a few days without wearing the piece.
Some individuals may also experience allergic reactions to certain metals, and copper has a relatively higher chance of causing such sensitivity. Before making a purchase, customers are responsible for understanding and assessing their own health condition and metal sensitivity.

Silver will naturally oxidize over time, which is a normal characteristic of the metal. Please check here for details.

木目金是一種古老的日本金屬加工技術，其製作方法是將不同顏色的金屬，一層層交疊鍛造，令金屬表面隨機形成獨特紋理，猶如樹木的年輪紋，每一圈不盡相同。
木目金是一種技術，可應用在不同的材質組合。我們現時提供兩種不同的組合，而兩者價錢亦有差異：

*由於木目金含有純銀，會自然氧化變色，如介意色澤變化須定期保養清潔。
Mokume Gane is a traditional Japanese metalworking technique. It is created by layering and forging different coloured metals together, allowing the surface to develop unique, organic patterns that resemble the growth rings of wood. Each pattern is formed naturally during the process, making every piece one of a kind.
Mokume Gane is a technique that can be applied to different material combinations. We currently offer two combinations, and the pricing varies accordingly:
Copper + Sterling Silver
18K Gold + Sterling Silver
*As Mokume Gane contains sterling silver, natural oxidation and colour change may occur over time. If you are concerned about changes in colour, regular cleaning and maintenance will be required.

Fingerprint Rings

．做法是預先收集指紋，製作成為模板，再壓印在戒指表面．提早3星期提交指紋
．用印台/墨水在白紙上印清楚指紋，然後清晰拍照給我們就可以
在任何戒指上加刻雷射指紋：
．適用於所有戒指及手鈪款式．用雷射方式刻在戒指/手鈪的內圈．課堂當日幫你收集指紋，完堂後留低飾件刻在內圈
．課堂後7-10日取回
There are two ways of doing fingerprint:
Soulmate Rings:
． Fingerprints are present both inside and outside the ring.． The process involves collecting fingerprints beforehand, creating a metal mold, and then imprinting it onto the ring surface.
．Submit your fingerprints three weeks in advance.
．Clearly imprint your fingerprints on white paper using an inkpad/ink,
then take a clear photo and send it to us.
Laser engraving:
． Applicable to all ring and bracelet styles． Laser engraving on the inner band of the ring/bracelet.
． We will collect your fingerprints on the day of the class; the laser engraving will be done on the inner band after the class.
． Pick up your bracelet 7-10 days after the class.

Diamonds for Engagement Ring
求婚鑽石如何選擇

實驗室鑽石(lab-grown diamond) 與天然鑽石(natural diamond) 都是鑽石！
天然鑽石是需要在地球下超過一百多哩的地心在極高溫(一千度以上)及極大壓力(四萬五千倍水平)的環境下經過幾億年的時間才可以形成。
天然鑽石跟培植鑽石一樣都是由碳(carbon)組成，無論是結構及成分亦都一樣，所以lab-grown diamond絕對不是假鑽石或者是仿鑽石，培植出來的鑽石也是實實在在的鑽石，分別在於一個是天然(natural)的，一個是人工的。
實驗室培育鑽石與天然鑽石都是由純碳而成，無論外觀、成分、光學、物理還是化學特性，兩者都沒有明顯的分別。 兩者之間的分別在於生產過程及價格，天然鑽石的形成或需要數十億年及再經由礦工深入開採，然而，實驗室培育鑽石只需在實驗室培育即可生產。
實驗室合成鑽石和天然鑽石之間的價格差異可以根據多個因素而有所不同，包括品質、大小和市場需求等。然而，一般而言，實驗室合成鑽石的價格較天然鑽石更相宜。
Lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds are both real diamonds.
A natural diamond is formed deep within the Earth—more than 100 miles below the surface—under extremely high temperatures (over 1,000°C) and immense pressure (around 45,000 times atmospheric pressure) over the course of millions or even billions of years.
Both natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds are made of carbon and share the same crystal structure and composition. In other words, a lab-grown diamond is not a fake diamond or an imitation stone. It is a genuine diamond. The difference is simply that one is natural, while the other is man-made.
Lab-grown and natural diamonds are both composed of pure carbon, and there is no significant difference between them in terms of appearance, composition, optical properties, physical properties, or chemical properties. The main differences lie in the production process and price. Natural diamonds may take billions of years to form and must be mined from deep within the Earth, whereas lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled laboratory environment.
The price difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds may vary depending on factors such as quality, size, and market demand. However, in general, lab-grown diamonds are more affordable than natural diamonds.

Currently, Playback offers the following materials:
Jewellery: Mainly sterling silver, copper, 18K gold, platinum, and Mokume Gane.
Metalware: Mainly tin, brass.
Each material has its own strengths and weaknesses. You can visit the "Materials Introduction" page to learn more and find the material that best suits you.

100%純錫碟因為不含鉛，因此使用錫器不會令人中毒，是一種安全的食器物料。
但是，如錫碟有加上金箔，則不適合用作食器用途。如有疑問，可在製作時向導師查詢清楚。
黃銅一般含有低於3%的微量鉛，因此黃銅不宜作為食器，宜作日常生活用品。
100% pure tin plates do not contain lead, making them a safe material for tableware as they won't cause poisoning.
However, if the tin plate is adorned with gold leaf, it is not suitable for use as tableware. If you have any doubts, please consult the instructor during workshop.
Brass generally contains trace amounts of lead (less than 3%), so brass is not suitable for use as tableware and is better suited for everyday household items.
