The diamond must be ready at least 7 working days prior to the workshop date.
The diamond specifications must be provided in advance to allow us to prepare the diamond prongs, a process that requires at least 7 working days.
Any delay in providing the diamond details will result in a postponement of the workshop date.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise during the handcrafting process. For any diamonds or gemstones brought in by customers, the company will not provide any compensation for any issues that occur during the setting process, and customers must assume their own risks.
