Please carefully read and understand the below terms and conditions. By attending our workshop, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms:

Deposit
All Workshops need to pay a deposit or full pay to officially confirm reservation. No refunds.

PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL
In order to maintain the best possible experience and product quality, please arrive promptly at the scheduled starting time.
Latecomers will not be granted extra time if unable to finish workshop at the scheduled ending time, and will be charged HK$100 for every 15 mins (or part thereof).
Any late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will be considered as absent and required to pay a HK$400 fee, either as a rescheduling fee for changing your session or as an administrative charge for your original session.

Reschedule
Free reschedules if notified 4 days or more in advance of your workshop. Less than 4 days' notice before class, rescheduling on the same day, and absentees will be asked to pay a rescheduling fee of HK$400.

Location
Our Cochrane Street Studio is located in walk-up building (唐樓) with NO elevator & stairs only.

Pet-friendly Studio (details)
Please inform us if you wish to bring your pets as only limited slot available which is first come first serve. We deeply understood some customers are unable to stay with pets in a space, so please also tell us ahead in order to make arrangement for you.

Photography service
We provide a free photo service during workshop. Our instructor will take pictures whenever possible, and photos will be sent to you via Google drive link about 2-3 weeks after the workshop.
If you prefer us not to share your photos on our website or Instagram, please inform us beforehand.
*Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any unexpected technical issues, e.g. SD card damage or camera malfunctions. If you want to assure workshop photos, you are highly recommended to bring your own camera and ask the instructor to take photos for you.

Most of the products are suitable for majorities to use under normal conditions. If you experience any discomfort while wearing or using the product, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance promptly.

Workshop Disclaimer
The use of small metalworking machinery in the metalworking workshop carries certain risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, damage to property, or other losses.
Participants should adhere to all safety operating guidelines and recommendations. The company assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by participant negligence, improper use, or failure to comply with safety guidelines.
If there are any questions, participants should seek assistance and clarification from the workshop instructor at any time. However, the company disclaims any liability for damages resulting from participants' violation of guidance or supervision. In the event of property damage or injury to the instructor caused by such actions, the company reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Adverse Weather Arrangements
All workshop will be cancelled if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, or if the hoisting time is within 3 hours before workshop starts. We will offer a free reschedule for your booking.

Course Fee
The workshop price includes the cost of necessary materials, tools, and instructional fees. Customers may choose to pay for additional services as needed. However, if the total amount, after deducting selected course content or based on prevailing market prices, is lower than the price indicated by our studio, no refund for the price difference will be provided. Please refrain from taking away any workshop materials or supplies. Your cooperation is appreciated.
In case of any disputes, Playback Concept Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision.
